Hoje trago-vos uma publicação diferente do habitual!

Desde há algum tempo que esperava pelo fim da tese para voltar a ter tempo para mim. Tempo para fazer alguma coisa depois de 8h sentada em frente ao computador. Antes de ter voltado a estudar fiz ginásio, saída do trabalho e lá ia eu a correr para os treinos, confesso que era um autêntico vício! No entanto, e apesar de agora já não ter tanta disponibilidade para o ginásio, senti necessidade de voltar a fazer alguma ginástica. Foi aí que descobri o Fitness Blender. Comecei a sério em Dezembro. Desde então faço um esforço para fazer pelo menos um vídeo todos os dias quando chego a casa depois do trabalho, ao fim de semana tenho feito treinos de 1h, e acreditem que já notei algumas diferenças! Tenho recomendado a todos os meus amigos, só faltavam vocês aqui!! Abaixo deixo-vos dois dos meus vídeos preferidos, um de abdominais e outro de pernas já a pensar nos meses quentes! E rapazes, também há treinos pata vocês!! Podem ver todos os vídeos aqui. Today I bring you a different publication!

Since some time ago I wait for the end of my thesis to have more time for me. Time to do something after 8h in front of the computer. Before I start study again I did gym, I left the work and go run to the gym classes, and I confess that was and addiction! However, and although I haven't much availability to the gym as before, I felt the need to re-do some gym. It was when I discovered Fitness Blender. I began seriously in December. Since then I make an effort to do at least one video every day when I get home after work, on weekends I have done 1h workouts, and believe me I've noticed some differences! I have recommended to all my friends, just missing you here! Below I leave you two of my favorite movies, one  from abdominal and one from leg already thinking about the warmer months! And boys, there are workouts for you too!! New in!

Primeiro post do ano!!! Yeah! Antes de mais espero que a vossa NYE tenha sido maravilhosa! A minha foi passada em casa, com a família, depois, e como já tinha falado aqui antes, foi uma noite inteira a dançar! Adorei adorei adorei!! Hoje trago-vos um "New in!" com algumas prendas que recebi no Natal e os primeiros saldos que comprei! As botas e a sweat azul foram presentes, assim como o vestido preto que usei na passagem de ano com umas botas e uma clutch pretas e acessórios prateados (e não, não há fotos para vos mostrar - "shame on me"). O resto já são saldos, tudo Zara, tudo da wishlist, e aqui já com descontos que chegam aos 50%. Estou de olho ainda em camisolas de algodão e uma série de malhas, que ainda não ganharam a um novo lar por (ainda) as achar caras! E vocês, muitas compras?

First post of the year!!! Yeah! Firstly I hope you has had an amazing NYE! Mine was at home, with my family, and after, as I've said here, it was an entire night dancing! Loved loved loved!! Today I bring you an "New in!" with some christmas gifts and the first purchases from sales! The boots and the blue sweat are gits, as the black dress that I used in the NYE combined with black boots and clutch and silver acessories (and no, I don't have photos to show you - "shame on me"). All the rest are things from sales, all from Zara, all from my wishlist, and here with some 50% discounts. I still looking for some cotton and knit sweaters, that haven't own a new home because I think they are so expensive yet! And you, many purchases?
