Não é  a primeira vez que falo aqui do Hairstories. No dia do meu aniversário decidi mudar e cortei o cabelo pela metade. Queria mudar um pouco mas aquele comprimento foi uma decisão do momento. Era suposto ter fotografado nesse dia para depois fazer uma publicação aqui em jeito de antes e depois, mas como fui à tarde não tinha ninguém para me acompanhar. Entretanto voltei a lá ir uma semana depois para fazer um penteado, não fotografei de novo mas desta vez tinha de ser!
Já recomendei este cabeleireiro a imensa gente, tenho familiares e conhecidas que foram lá, mudaram e adoram! (e eu adoro também os novos cabelos delas!)
Desta vez foi a minha irmã e o namorado dela! E porque este blog não tem necessariamente que ser protagonizado por mim, aqui ficam as fotos dos dois.
Este espaço merecia uma publicação dedicada aqui no blog. Para mim é o melhor salão de cabeleireiro na cidade, a sério, vocês têm MESMO de experimentar! Depois de ter trabalhado vários anos num dos melhores salões do Porto (com o Miguel Viana, sim, aquele senhor de cabelos compridos cheio de personalidade que desfilou para Júlio Torcato no Portugal Fashion), voltou à terra natal para abrir o seu próprio espaço. Estou certa que vão adorar a simpatia do Éder, e claro, a técnica e profissionalismo também! É notório quando as pessoas fazem aquilo que gostam, e quando assim é o resultado só podia ser fantástico!

It's not the first time I speak here about Hairstories. On my birthday I decided to change and I cut my hair in half. I wanted to change a bit but that lenght was a decision of the moment. It was supposed to have photographed that day and then make a publication here in a before and then way, but I went there at the afternoon and had no one to accompany me. However I returned to go there a week later to make a hairstyle, not photographed again but this time had to be!
I have already recommended this hairdresser to a lot of people, I have relatives and acquaintances who have been there, they have changed and loved! (and I also love their new hair!)
This time it was my sister and her boyfriend! And because this blog doesn't have to be played only by me, here are the photos of them two.
This space deserved a dedicated publication here on the blog. For me it's the best hair salon in the city, seriously, you have to try! After working several years in one of the best halls of Porto (with Miguel Viana, yes, that man with long hair and full of personality who modeled for Júlio Torcato at Portugal Fashion), returned to his homeland to open their own space. I'm sure you will love Eder's friendliness, and of course the technical and professional too! It is noticeable when people do what they like, and when this is the result had to be fantastic!

Striped

Não sou muito fã de mistura de estampados num mesmo look, mas desta vez calhou e até gostei do resultado! Li algures que se as tonalidades dos padrões forem as mesmas ou semelhantes o mix acaba por resultar. Faz sentido right?! Vá, eu sei que aqui o padrão acaba por ser o mesmo mas não é bem igual! Riscas brancas finas nas calças (que ao longe mal se notam) com as riscas da camisa azul e branca (ADORO camisas às riscas azuis e brancas!!). Para completar juntei umas sandálias com atacadores, que esteve um solzinho bom no fim de semana, e o chapéu azul! Não uso muito chapéus mas gosto imenso de como fica e talvez até compre um preto!

I'm not a big fan of mixing prints in the same look, but this time happened and I even liked the result! I read somewhere that if the color of the patterns in the same look are in similar tones the mix will result. It makes sense right?! So, I know that here this patterns turns out to be the same but it's not quite the same! Thin white stripes on the pants (which is hardly noticed in distance) with striped blue and white shirt (LOVE blue and white striped shirts!!). To complete I joined this sandals with laces, because it was good weather over the weekend, and the blue hat! I don't use hats many times but I really like how it looks and maybe I'll even buy a black one!

Última publicação sobre os desfiles da 37ª edição de Portugal Fashion. Como prometido ficam aqui algumas das propostas que mais gostei para homem, sempre com um toque Dandy que eu gosto! Espero que gostem!

Last publication of the shows from the 37th edition of Portugal Fashion. As I promised here are some proposals I liked more to man, all them with a Dandy touch, that I like! I hope you enjoy it!

Carlos Gil

A fechar os desfiles desta edição, a coleção intitulada “The New Sartorial”, tem o rigor da alfaiataria reinventada com texturas e cortes, nunca deixando de parte a silhueta feminina bem característica de Carlos Gil. Com tons neutros e vibrantes esta coleção “Idealiza cada peça com o sentimento expressionista", mostrando que  a “costura também é arte”. Gostei de imensos coordenados deste desfile, os que mostro aqui são alguns dos que mais gostei!

Ending the shows this edition, the collection entitled "The New Sartorial" has the rigor of tailoring reinvented with textures and cuts, never leaving aside the feminine silhouette that as usual from Carlos Gil. With neutral and vibrant tones this collection "idealizes each piece with the expressionist feeling", showing that "stitching is also art". I enjoyed so many looks of this parade, those who I'm showing here are some that I liked most!

Dielmar

Inspirada em duas tendências, “happy” e “austera”, a colecção Dielmar reflecte um pouco o momento económico que atravessamos. A primeira descreve um estado alegre e utópico, com detalhes sob conjuntos simples. A segunda resulta de uma mistura cultural forte com um toque pop mas ainda assim minimalista. Com uma silhueta que acompanha as formas do corpo, desestruturada, onde os casacos não têm forros nem ombreiras permitindo conceber ombros descontraídos, esta colecção não deixou passar ao lado a cor para a moda masculina. A paleta é baseada nas cores dos jogos olímpicos, sem esquecer os castanhos açucarados e os cinza que conferem um ar neutro às peças. Os detalhes são subtis, como os óculos espelhados, que permitiram um toque de modernidade a esta colecção.

Inspired by two trends, "happy" and "austere", the collection reflects a bit of the economic times we are experiencing. The first describes a joyful and utopian state with details on simple sets. The second results from a strong cultural mix with a pop touch but still minimalist. With a silhouette that accompanies the body forms, unstructured, where coats have no shoulder pads or linings, that allowing relaxed shoulders, this collection didn't miss the color for men's fashion. The palette is based on the colors of the Olympic Games, not forgetting the sugary brown and gray that give a neutral air to this pieces. The details are subtle, like the mirrored sunglasses, that allowed a touch of modernity to this collection.

Vicri

Inspirada no navy, é assim a coleção para os meses quentes de Vicri. Com cricket sweaters e blazers de trespasse, mocassains e sapatilha/sapato os padrões continuam presentes. As propostas mais desportivas contam com materiais que variam entre algodão e linho, com as cores mais vibrantes como laranja, vermelho e lilás. Já os looks mais requintados são compostos por curpo, lyocell e algodão egípcio, em tons mais sóbrios como o verde brasil, cinza e azuis. Gosto sempre deste desfile, além de acessíveis, estas roupas são sempre super versáteis, permitindo que encaixem em diversos estilos.

Inspired by navy, so is the collection from Vicri for the hot months. With cricket sweaters and blazers, moccasins and sneaker/shoe, patterns still are present. The sportier proposals are on materials ranging from cotton and linen, with the most vibrant colors like orange, red and lilac. On the other hand the most exquisite looks are composed of curpo, lyocell and egyptian cotton, in more sober tones like brazilian green, gray and blue. I always like this show, these clothes are accessible and super versatile too, allowing these fit different styles.

Miguel Vieira

Mais uma coleção com inspiração em outras variantes da arte que não a moda. Miguel Vieira deixou-se influenciar por Mondrian, sendo esse mesmo o nome desta colecção. O palco para o desfile foi o Palácio de Cristal, numa tenda igualmente glamourosa, para encerrar em beleza os desfiles de sexta. Mantendo-se fiel aos brancos, pretos e azuis, com propostas para mulher, homem e criança, as formas são bastante geométricas. Reparem nas diversas faixas de cetim que foram entrelaçadas de modo a criar novos padrões e tecidos, achei genial! Adorei tudo como sempre. Gosto tanto de Miguel Vieira, tão elegante e ainda assim irreverente!!

Another collection inspired in other variants of art than not fashion. Miguel Vieira let themselves be influenced by Mondrian, making this the name of this collection. The stage for this show was the Palácio de Cristal, in an equally glamorous tent, to end in beauty the friday shows. Staying true to the white, black and blue, with proposals for women, men and children, the forms are very geometric. Notice the different satin bands that were intertwined to create new patterns and fabrics, I thought it was great! I loved everything as always. I like so much Miguel Vieira, so elegant and also irreverent!!

Mais uma publicação sobre o Portugal Fashion, desta vez com desfiles de sexta (na Alfândega) e de sábado, os dois primeiros desfiles. Nomes bem conhecidos que não desiludiram! Digam-me qual o vosso preferido!

Another publication about Portugal Fashion shows, this time with one of the friday's shows (at Alfândega) and saturday, the first two shows. Well-known names that do not disillusioned! Tell me what's your favourite!

Diogo Miranda

É dos desfiles que aguardo com mais espectativa, e desde algumas edições está sempre no TOP 5 dos meus preferidos, e desta vez não foi diferente. Gosto imenso das propostas apresentadas nesta temporada, onde a inspiração veio do trabalho arquitetónico do mexicano Luís Barragan. As linhas são retas e os decotes profundos, com recurso a cores vivas, como o rosa e o salmão, em contraste cores mais sóbrias como o preto e o azul-marinho. Gosto mesmo destes looks com peças oversized mas ainda assim elegantes e sexy! Diogo Miranda é genial a fazê-lo. QUERO TUDO!!

It's one of the shows that I wait with more expectation, and since the time I saw this designer at the first time it was always in the TOP 5 of my favorites, and this time was no different. I really like the proposals presented this season where the inspiration came from the architectural work of the mexican Luis Barragan. The lines are straight and the necklines deep, using bright colors such as pink and salmon, in contrast with more sober colors like black and navy blue. I really like these looks with oversized pieces but still elegant and sexy! Diogo Miranda's great doing it. I WANT EVERYTHING!!

Luís Buchinho

Com uma coleção inspirada em tês movimentos: "femme fatale de preto, com o seu sexy allure", "o lado andrógeno das primeiras boysbands" e "a excentricidade da moda, no seu apogeu, personificada nas bandas Culture Club e Thompson Twins”, a colecção de Buchinho está repleta de pormenores arrojados, como as calças abertas e os chapéus, assim como as estampas gráficas (não nestas imagens). Gostei especialmente dos looks all white e all black, bem a fazer lembrar capas de discos!

With a collection inspired in three movements: "femme fatale in black with its sexy allure", "the androgynous side of the first boysbands" and "the fashion eccentricity, in its heyday, embodied by the Culture Club and Thompson Twins bands" the collection  is filled with bold details such as the open pants and the hats, as well as graphic prints (not in these pictures). I particularly liked the all white and all black looks, that  reminded album covers!

Nuno Baltazar

A colecção Msabu tem clara inspiração africana, mais propriamente na tribo Kikuyu e no filme "África Minha". Personifica uma mulher urbana, recorrendo a detalhes sofisticados em contrate com peças mais casuais. Em tons que variam desde o terracota, dióspiro e marfim até ao preto, as propostas são super elegantes, bem como Nuno nos tem habituado.

The Msabu collection has clear African inspiration, more specifically in the Kikuyu tribe and the movie "África Minha". Embodies an urban woman, using sophisticated details in contrast with more casual pieces. In shades ranging from terracotta, persimmon and ivory to black, this proposals are super stylish as Nuno has accustomed us.

Pausa nas publicações sobre os desfiles do Portugal Fashion (sim, porque eu ainda tenho mais para vos mostrar) para vos falar um pouco do que aí vem.

21.3, já tinha falado aqui sobre esta marca, minha e da minha irmã. Por razões que agora não vêm ao caso, o projecto ficou em stand by, mas agora que voltamos a ter mais tempo vamos continuar com o mesmo! A mala que estou a usar nestas fotos é uma das que já temos feitas e em breve poremos na página do facebook para venda. Aproveitem para passar por lá e deixem o vosso LIKE! A break on publications about Portugal Fashion shows (yes, because I still have more to show you) to speak to you about what is comming.

21.3, had already spoken here about this brand, from my sister and I. For reasons that do not interest now, this project was on stand by, but now that we return to have more time we'll continue with the same! The bag I'm wearing in these photos is one that we have already made and soon we will put it on the facebook page for sale. Take the opportunity to go there and leave your LIKE! Back to the bag, in a lookbook way, I decided to combine it with a black shirt, a ripped jeans and glitter boots. This, like almost all other bags, is made in skin and has applications in bright letters, even to match the boots I have on my feet. Do you like?
